Terrible "after sales service"

Johan came to look and quoted us on the work that needed to be done.He told us that the work would be done in 4 weeks.We had to pay certain amounts up front,despite the fact that the work was stalling. They eventually got done 4 months after commencement.They never completed the snags.There were certain things that were never quoted which in the end cost us extra. External walls are now peeling, there is damp coming thru,pipes are leaking and the roof is leaking(despite them redoing it 4 times).We are now battling to get them back to site to fix the problems, as they're now busy on another site.
