Quality of workmanship

A house was build by National Timber Home. The quality of workmanship is not up to standard and of poir quality. All the plumbing is leaking water, the kitchen cupboards delivered is chipped and the melamine peeling off.

After completion of the house the wooden floor was not sanded to a smooth finish and is was mended with a light oak silicon and stained with dark oak leaving yellow spots everywhere.

The owner of the bussiness is not willing to fix the problem but is insisting on final payment. He is insulting the client and with attorneys

I have photos of all my complaints and of how the steel structure was weakend and amended due to plans and structure not in line. The result the structure can not be SABS any more

Please assist to resolve the problems
