Contact us and fulfill your contractual obligations

Johan, the manager:

We are not going into the details of the building experience, but we have signed off the house on 25 September 2017 and require what is contractually owed to us:

1. A complete warranty on the house including stating that the the timber is treated with a fire retardant and protected against termites and insects - which you assured us it was on many occasions and it states so on your website 2. A full refund that is due to us for work that we paid you for but was completed by our own external contractors and work that your team did not do.

We have been trying to call you and email you for the past 3 weeks, and have had no response.

Please can we conclude this process.

Johan: 1. We have not received our warranty which is due after sign off. It is also ********* to change your FAQs on your website AFTER we have requested a confirmation that the house is treated for insects and fire. 2. We have still not received a refund on what is due to us for work that was not done on your side. We've been waiting since the 25th September for these matters to be resolved. Please respond urgently.
