SHOCKING SERVICE

This must be one of the worst companies to deal with. The owner/managing director and the staff are all the same. I am sure they are trained not to respond or be extremely rude to there signed up customers. They are overcharging and if you question the charges, it dismissed and not dealt with. DO NOT GO NEAR THESE PEOPLE. The receptionist is just as rude. I am sure she has been prompted to react in the wat she does. There is also never anyone in the office. Their product is also *******. It does not work effectively
