NATU, what happened to my late husband's monies?

My husband passed on and I never claim from NATU as I had to first get the Letter of Executorship which took many years for me to get. Now I have been making a follow up to all the monies and claims in his name, to all relevant institutions, including NATU.<br> <br> I contacted their Head Office in Empangeni and explained to them that I want to make a follow up and claim my husband's monies, if there are any, or an explanation on what happened to his monies because we were paying monthly to their Offices in Madadeni.<br> <br> Now the Head Office instead of conducting their internal investigation they want us to move up and down making inquiries yet it is them who must have all the records or who have the authority of making whoever in their structures to account.<br> <br> Please NATU give us the explaination on what happened to the monies of a widower!
