Don't want to return deposit due to lockdown.

I paid before knowing lockdown will take place full deposit for relocating from Pretoria to Durban. Then lockdown came. I asked Sonja to move me before lockdown but they already closed before the lockdown officially started. When I asked for a refund as they cannot provide me a service she rep**** no one is at office and I have to wait after lockdown. I got another moving company which assisted me 2 days before lockdown. After lockdown I asked Sonja again my Refund. It's been a continues battle with phone calls and mails. Last explanation I got is National Share Loads is a 3rd party and they have to wait for another truck company to give them my money back. Also I might not get my money back as I cancelled my move with them. Well it was lockdown and nobody asked for this and National Load share could not provide me a service at the time. So am I going to lose my deposit from a company who could not provide me with a service. Since last week Friday they don't respond to my mails or calls.
