Outstanding Investments

I invested money in this company since 2006 saving on the so called Kruger Rand and when i want to claim on the money i invested this company gives problems and claim that they have paid me all my savings and when i asked them to provide me with prove of the bank transactions they are unable to do that, And this proves that they are a **** because i have been trying to locate them for the past 10 years and i do not know what to do anymore because i feel this is unfair treatment because the savings i put away in this company was to save for my kids tertiary education and now i need it to use it for that my son is in matric this year i made this saving before he was even born.
