My mother had a policy that was ceded to the company. When the cession was supposed to be canceled in 1998 the letter sent had no security code. So in July 2023 I contacted them and they resolved the issue in less than a week. I only had to notify them and submit the documents necessary for them to investigate. They communicated with the insurance company and resolved the issue with no further intervention from me. Mr Siva Mudra knows his thing. I appreciate his assistance.
