Universal Security/ Bad service and no work done after payment

I paid for a service on my roller door and nothing was done - these were there in my garage for max 5min and they didn’t share the work being done where. After I have been waiting for 15 days after I paid to get service. R1650 for a service that costs R250.00 - the only thing they did was look at the garage and we are done and left.
