Unreliable equipment

Machines go off while patients are on it. Patients are at risk when they are moved off the machine. Patients are told to go to the hospital when the machines are the problem and misdiagnosing. Chatsworth Unit has become a dumping area for their machines. The machines are pathetic they need to be replaced or fixed. We thought that Chatsworth was a flagship for National Renal care but its becoming a dumping ground. Issue with flies, the fly catcher is not operational. Hygiene problem. Patience have complained on numerous occasions and its fallen on deaf ears, its high time you visit the hospital and see what is going on there and maybe speak to the patience. Your company is being paid a premium to take care of the patients so you should have proper machines to service the patients.
