NRC staff allowed to do as they please

i am sick of having to suffer at NRC's torture chamber that is dared to call a friendly environment! today at NRC sunninghill i was forced to physically call for help after my bell had been ringing for 5 minutes. my blood pressure dropped from 156 to 120 to 86, a patient can have a heart attack when blood pressure crashes like that. if that had happened NRC sunninghill hold themselves and their staff completely unaccountable. then i asked to stay less time and the nurse refused. since when is nurse allowed to make a decision for i patient?! no patient should be forced to suffer because of arrogance staff at any private medical health care facility
