absolutely ridiculous, NRC Sunninghill phone me at 16:00PM the day before my dialysis to tell me they have no water! "please come earlier" i dont think you understand my life is not and should not be based around you. you cant call a patient less then twenty four (24) hours before an appointment and expect me to change my plans to suit you! even worse is there is no manager or supervisor to get hold of to try find an alternative plan. the only person available to speak to at NRC is Musa, who can do absolutely nothing. this meant to be a professional medical service?! how can you pass your problems on to your patients. absolutely disgusting
