Useless service providing.

I am renting a home through Top Let, and whenever I have an issue they solve it. The only thing is that the electricity is through National Real Estate UMS, and they are useless. I have to begg them each month to load the prepaid electricity because when I buy it they don't load it. I have been emailing, WhatsApping, and phoning them for months to no avail. They just keep asking for proof of payments that cost me money and time each time to do their job. I have been struggling since November last year and I am fed up with their useless service providing. If you want to rent a house, make sure National Real Estate has no part in your living, because it will cost you time, money, and frustration.
