Unprofessional, badly managed company

Wow, you’d be forgiven for thinking you’re dealing with a government department.

Service is non-existent with this company. Sent them a total of 4 emails requesting a debit order on my account. All 4 emails go unanswered over a 2 week period. Sent the Director of the company, Wilco Du Toit an email informing him his staff aren’t doing their job. That email too goes unanswered.

I guess you can’t blame the staff of National Real Estate for not doing their job when the Director himself can’t answer an email.
