I have two flats in park court 2 park road Kimberley. The is a ******* mountain built since December 2021, flat is not cleaned what so ever, I'm paying R1750 monthly for your services but when I call no on can answer me. You are quick to send summons via Duncan and Rothman but very slow to clean the flat let alone paint the building, where should we send you when you break your agreement to manage and clean this property
