Unfair payment requested

I had my Deposit with National Real Estate and after terminating my contract they paid what was left from it to my account after deducted the money for water and electricity. I'm now being told I need to pay the account of which they settled it and paid the remainder to me. I feel financially abused by National Real Estate forcing me to pay R3 276.03 with interests.
