Unfair judgement on my credit score for their fault??

I was residing at E003 ground floor Acacia Place Bloemfontein, On the 16/09/2018, 18/09/2018, 19/09/2018, 20/09/2018 I had to endure the pain of dealing with feaces and grey water coming out through the outlets in the kitchen sink & bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet cistern ). I reported the matter to the care take William and went to National Real Estate in Zastron Street more than once and no assistance.

I then informed them if they are not changing me to another apartment I will then move out at the end of September 2018 as it was a health hazard to stay in such conditions. There was not one individual who came out to my apartment to see the damage to my belongings.

I have emails, photographs and video clips, under no circumstances I will be paying those outstanding fees unless NRE buys my couch and clothes that were damaged and contaminated during my stay.

Remove the negative listing on my credit score as it is out of order and unfair
