Terrible service

I’ve been sending in an application for rental of a house. There are three tenants that would be staying in the house, Incomes are R14000, R5400, and R7500. Rent is R6780.

However they say our application has been declined due to insufficient income.

I am tired of this now. There is more than enough money from the 3 incomes to pay the rent. We’d like to move into the place and we won’t stop until we have our application accepted.
