I don't think this company deserves a rating, it's the worst. They **** people of their hard-earned money. I moved out of the apartment having paid everything all of a sudden there's a new bill every month with different things, water that I never used, cleaning services when I cleaned before I moved in, and also cleaned before I moved out. They charged me for that. They **** that there was a blocked drain which is absolute nonsense. They are so rude, they don't talk to customers in a professional manner, they not cordial at all. My advice is that people should realize that National Real Estate is the worst property agency, and never use it. There are so many good agencies out there.

I just need an explanation why do I have keep on paying if I have moved out and I never skipped any rent, never broke anything infact national real estate never fixed anything that was broken when I moved in. You kept on promising that you going to fix.. you never cleaned when I moved in, my sister and her friends had to help me clean.. when I moved out I had to clean yet you decide to charge me for cleaning services and that idiot employee tells me it's a contract, there's was nothing like that in that contract.. you charge for a blocked drain and I know for a fact that there was no drained blocked when I moved out. There's a water bill that accumulated when I had already moved out. I don't know what kind of service is that.

The property was cleaned by a professional company 2 months prior to you occupying it. You viewed the property prior to occupation and did not inform our offices that it needs to be cleaned. You occupied the premises end of September 2018.
You vacated the premises in January 2020. As was indicated to you, water is charged 2 month’s in arrears as this needs to be reconciled with the readings from council. You did not pay for water the first two months of occupation, thus the reason for water to be charged two months after you have vacated. We concur that your account was up to date at the end of January.
You were subsequently charged for water in February (December consumption) and March (January consumption). You have never paid this amount until now, October 2021, almost two years later. You left the premises in total disarray and needed to be cleaned again. We can post your inspection report for everyone to view if you agree thereto. Furthermore, you never attended the out inspection, after it was scheduled with you twice.
All of this has resulted in an accumulated outstanding balance. As you never paid a deposit, this could not be recovered from that. You were subsequently handed over for collection, which was attempted for more than a year. You only made payment on the 09th of October 2021.
We are not cheating you from your hard earned cash, just claiming what is owed. Kind regards N Du Toit CRM

They were oil stains all over the kitchen counter that I had to sc**** off then you tell me it was cleaned, maybe you must acquire a service or another "professional cleaning company" clearly the one you're using is not doing a job deligently... You never fixed anything that was broken.. and when did I ever dodged the inspection? I suggest that you get your facts straight... I was never informed about the water bill that's two months behind and who's fault was that? I always pay my bills in time, I'm never in arrears, even during lockdown I was not earning anything still all my bills were paid so stop lying... Just to make sure I pay extra, you even lie that I blocked the drain!!, You never fix anything in that apartment until I vacated, there were cracked windows, broken toilet that needed to be changed, the only thing that you did was to patch certain areas with a lousy paint. So get your facts straight and stop lying because I was there during out inspection and place was even better than the state I got it. I only paid because I don't have to fight... But for a fact, you are ****** who clearly will anything to just justify your deeds. I recall that actually people warned me about national real estate, I wish I had listened to them. N Du Toit, I understand that your trying to protect the reputation of the your company but please make sure that you get the facts right first, and it's already damaged even before me, you have no idea how many people are fed up with national real estate, Now I'm warning others that national real estate don't care about their customers, they rude, they not cordial when they speak to their customers only they care about is money that try to get in a unprofessional demeanor ways...
