This company needs a zero star. We moved in in one of their apartments in Hamilton court on the first of June, on arrival the first thing we noticed was the fact that the place was filthy and smelly, walls had dirty stains, opened cupboards and to our surprise the cupboard with a gyser was rotten and had exposed electric hours(mind you we have kids) and the gyser was not even working, the bathroom wall is falling, enclosed balcony has windows that can't even close, and the door facing the balcony also can't close, we phoned on a daily basis to inform them that we are getting sick in this area as it feels like we are sleeping outside but nothing was done, spoke to Walter and asked him to move us to a safe, healthy place and he told me that I viewed the place before moving in, and yes I viewed the place but I never inspected the place to check was works and what does not work, he promised to get back at me and never did, the only thing they fixed was the gyser and cleaning of the place, the rest they did nothing about. Their normal notice is 2 months but we asked them to release us from this contract for our safety (health) as we were all getting sick, and us moving out is not fun as there are more costs involved and the fact that they could not assist us get a better place, but health is more important than money. They agreed to free us, and also stated on their email that we cannot cancel of which we are not intending to do, but what makes the matters worse is that we keep on getting emails of the amount we need to pay, one is the fact that we did not give 2 months notice (but we wanted to be freed from the contract) because of everything that is rong in this place, they also want to charge out for moving out inspection, we not even in this place for a month, and nothing really works on this place except the walls, there's water leaks, the doors can't close and they have a copy of the move in inspection with all the faults, the worst part is that the are other people moving in on the same day we will be moving out... This company needs to be investigated, they are now trying to make sure that we don't get our water deposit back and they actually want more money from us, We are going to spend a lot of money because of them, because if they gave us a healthy place to stay we were not going to move out.
