Ridiculous Billing of Water from NRE

<p>I am one of the owners in Glenberrie Short str Bloemfontein , I been charged R600. every month, I try to call and get explanation but i have been told we charged in bulk. I stay alone and this doesnt make any sense. This is a bad decision that NRE to run the our flat!!!!!!</p>
