Rent at own risk

They are very quick with getting you a place to rent but the trouble you will face when you have to get your deposit back or refunds on rent will drag you to and from their offices. I was promised a refund for 2-months rent that i paid after they had gotten another tenant. They only paid half of the refund and claimed i had skipped rent in September. I showed proof of payments of the rental for all the months i stayed there and still they refused with the money because of a mistake on their side. I am so disappointed because this is not the first time they make promises to pay and go back on their word. If you rent with them, be ready to lose your deposit over made up stories and things that come up out of the blue.
