Poorly and irrationally treated by this Agency

I am totally disappointed from the way i got my situation handled by National Real Estate. I work as a waitron at one of the local restaurants here in Bloemfontein. DUE to this outbreak of Corona Virus we were one of the 1st small organisations to be affected.So I managed to make half payment of my rent due to the fact that we were forced to shut down by the government and i I pleased with them if I could settle the remainder of tge balance when business commences. This is due to insufficient funds but their response left me pretty shocked. Sue Stone emailed me saying there is no reason for me not to pay full rent for this month and no arrangements can be made.She in fact suggested that I should go to the bank and look for a loan otherwise it is not her problem. Honestly i thought NRE they are people who understand the fact that we are under lockdown and currently not working but they really do not care and all they neesbis their full month's rent payment whatsoever.
