Poor Service Management and Terrible Communication

I am deeply disappointed by the poor communication and management of our complex by national real estate. National real estate has replaced our service provider (JagerTech) without proper communication and due notice. They selectively issued hand delivered letters to some residences at Cliffs Complex, Bloemfontein. In the past all our communication with National Real Estate was electronic via email. All our emails are registered on their system and yet they issue hand delivered letters. I find it strange that these letters are not being delivered to all Body Corporate Members. My family and I were not informed where and how to buy electricity, our financial year ended in February, yet National Real Estate do not see it fitting to communicate to their clients, since this will have financial implications as clients and body corporate members. I pay my levies on a monthly and yet I do not receive communication from National Real Estate. This is terrible management and communication.
