Poor service at National Real Estate

The worst service at National Real Estate. I’ve been communicating with Sue since January requesting an explanation regarding Uniehof 4 outstanding amount and finally we resolved the matter and she advised that the money will be removed from the account since I’m not the one who owes it but until today I have to call every month trying to find explanation as to why is the money still reflecting on that account. Last month they even switched off the electricity until I sent them proof of payment. Imagine my rental is due on the first of every month I pay way before month end. Today after I was told that Sue is on sick leave I requested to talk to the manager in debts collections instead of solving the matter she says to me Sue will call me when she’s back from sick leave imagine what kind of manager says that to the client? National Real estates are ****** I know of a colleague of mine that National Real Estate used to service their body corporate they charged crazy prices for electricity until they changed the body corporate to Edric Trust. It’s tiring to resolve the same issue every month worst part I’m not even in South Africa I’m renting the place for my daughter and my sister. Pooor service
