Please do the right thing, most of us are suffering in this pandemic

This company keeps on sending me a bill that keeps on going up monthly, I have phoned the company and ask them about my water deposit, why not return my refund and take what ever amount I owe from it, apparently the amount I owe is for inspection, whereas we had to move out of their flat due to the fact that we were getting sick because the windows and doors were not closing, again National real estate!! Please refund me for the water deposit paid and take what ever amount I owe from that..
