Pathetic Service

NRE sent out Contractors to my Unit to repair a Window, without my knowledge, when security called to request access for them, I refused as I was not home, NRE care taker still gave the contractors access to the complex, the Contractors entered our premises, they broke open two windows to gain access. They replaced a window that did not need replacement, and NRE then went on to recover all costs from me. I never received any quotes for approval. i invited the caretaker to meet and discuss the issue, he confirmed would assist us, to date all we get is that NRE is not doing anything, I have emailled NRE my issues and I have been blatantly ignored. 3 months down the line, NRE has now passed Collection fees on my account. I am yet to be attended to. Just want to add I have never defaulted on any of my Levy payments. The windows that were replaced have now also broken due to the poor workmanship. NRE Property Manager is never available nor does he respond to emails. I feel for his PA as she has to make excuses and all she can do is forward the emails on. No other feedback received. Owners do yourself a favour and do not use NRE for managing of your property, there are other companies that give outstanding services, something NRE still need to learn.
