Outstanding service from National Real Estate

This morning, the 03/02/2021, our solar geyser at 6 Tudor Place, in Pellissier collapsed onto the roof, breaking the roof tiles, damaging the ceiling and the whole house was flooded. At O8:00, I called National Real Estate and I was put through a lady called Veronica. She asked me send her an email. I did that immediately and even attached photos of the damage.

Within a few minutes I received a call from Ruaan telling me that they've already contacted a contractor and that they'll be at my place within an hour and just after 09:00, Ruaan and Christelle from National Real Estate were at my place and the contractor also came immediately after them. They're now at my house fixing the geyser, closed the roof with plastic, whilst still waiting for the insurance and their insurance will fix everything and even the floor.

I'd like to applaud the National Real Estate team, especially Veronica, Ruaan and Christelle for their swift response. Thank you so much.
