NRE does not respect the privacy of paying customers
NRE provides their clients' personal details to their own real estate agents without consent.
This company has no respect for one's privacy.

Any dissatisfaction is seen in a serious light. Please email the Head of Department llewellyn @nationalre.co.za to enable us to address this properly.

The last few times I called, your complaints department was unable to give me a reference number. Your customer service is really *******. You are truly the worst in South Africa. No wonder you have a trust index rating of 3,1 out of 10.
