I am renting a house from above mentioned and is struggling with them to do repairs in and around the building for the last year. The owner replaced the geyser in July 2014 and they just left the walls without paint, damaged the ceiling and also without paint. The bath is leaking water into my sons cupboard on to his clothes where it rots. The best of all is my son is asthmatic. The paint in the kitchen ceiling is also peeling of because of the bath. The pool pump burst in Jan and still no one came to fix it. Over Christmas I had a burst pipe, I called there nr and no answer so i called the owner of the house and he said I must get it fixed. January I called them and they agreed that they NRE will pay it. In march I had to pay it my self because of empty promises.
