NEVER RENT FROM THIS AGENCY!!!!

Rented a property from NRE Bloemfontein. In a security complex, in a family orientated neighborhood.

Battled for very long to have the unit re-painted inside and the grass to be cut before moving in. It looked like a jungle outside when I moved in as the grass was incredibly long and filled with ****s. The cupboard were still dirty inside and numerous maintenance had to be completed. The carpets were never washed before I moved in, as there was paint stains on them.

After renting the property for almost a year, I gave my contractual notice. Upon moving out a moving out inspection was done. I had the unit cleaned, as well as garden services to cut the grass - in order to leave the property in a better condition than what I received it in.

After a break in, where I suffered a tremendous financial loss, the owner of the property only approved trellidoor to be put up at the sliding door, back door and 1 bedroom. Thus I had to undergo further financial expenses to have trellidoor put up in my own bedroom and bathrooms, to actually ensure safety in my home. I was never reimbursed for improving the quality of this proper

Upon the refund of my deposit, National Real Estate charged me for the moving out inspection, which I understand. However I was further charged a ridiculous amount for for carpet cleaning and garden services.
