National Real estate POOR SERVICE

Absolutely ridiculous service from NRE to our complex in Langenhovenpark. Been struggling with our managing agent for years now and the service is just going from bad to worse. We pay their fee monthly and getting absolutely no service. Excuse upon excuse!!!!! We requested that they provide us with a new agent to help and assist us BUT nothing. It seems that if your complex is small they don't do any trouble - we as trustees are getting NO assistance!!!!! POOOOOOR SERVICE
