National Real Estate ONLY cares about money and nothing else.

NRE honestly needs to fix this communication barrier between us, the clients, and them.

Lockdown and Covid-19 affects all of us in every possible way but for some sort of reason its being overlooked by NRE.If I,as a tenant,can afford to only pay 70% of my rental amount by month end and have the decency to inform the land lord that the remainder PLUS interest will be paid on the 15th of the following month and not a day later than the 15th,than why am I still being threatened with warning letters and calls?

In the contract its stated that if a tenant wants to make any sort of payment arrangement, it should be written and proof must be submitted.

I pay my rent,I follow the rules when it comes to arrangements and I always deliver on time.

I swear Sue Stone is dishing out warning letters as if its free sweets.If I paid R4000 out of the R5000 rental amount month end,and I made an written arrangement to pay R1500 two weeks later on the 15th,I already know they are going to sent a written warning sometime before the 15th and charge me an additional R120-150 for it,that's NRE life...
