National Real Estate DISASTER!

National Real Estate is the absolute WORST agency I have ever dealt with. We recently moved into a place managed by them in Bloemfontein. In the time we have been here, our flat has been burgled yet the security guard saw nothing. We have requested additional security, its been more than a month that we are waiting but with no answers. We have a leak in our bedroom ceiling every time it rains and this has not yet been seen to. In addition to this they send us letters falsely accusing us of not maintaining the excuse for a garden we have and parking where we should not with ABSOLUTELY no proof whatsoever. I have never seen such a poorly managed business in my life!
