NATIONAL REAL ESTATE BLOEMFONTEIN HAS GONE FROM BAD TO WORSE

I am highly disappointed in National Real Estate Bloemfontein for their lack of maintening Langenhoven Palms. The complex used to be one of the best complexes in Langenhoven Park. For the past 3 years, the complex is poorly maintained, considering we pay levies of R1300 odd. The communal pool which they "proudly" state on their adverts has been closed due to a broken pool pump and lack of maintenance. They **** and said "it is not maintained due to" water restrictions by the municipality" and there's algea growing inside the pool. **** growing on the vegetation and lawn in the complex, as they use the services of an *********** contractor to maintain the yard. The outside walls of the flats are cracking and the paint on the walls and roof tile has worn off. Worse part is the complex pavement which is ALWAYS soiled due to lack sweeping or cleaning the pavement. The units prepaid electricity is ABNORMALLY expensive as you have to buy it from an independent supplier, who also charges way about Centlec's rate (whether summer or winter). The gate is always faulty. It had to be repaired 3 times in a space of 4 weeks.
