Never in my life have I been through such hell. NATIONAL REAL ESTATE BLOEMFONTEIN ARE ****** 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😡😡😡😡😡from the time I had to move in it was a struggle to view the place ,they asked that I be patient as the previous tenant was giving them hell. I should have treated that as a red 🚩.

Well I paid in all the fees and rental ,only for me to be unable to move In for a month and 2 weeks. I had to live at a Bnb the entire time. While they took from pillar to post ,in hindsight I was informed the previous tenant was taking them to court hence he refused to vacate forcefully .

Not knowing I would suffer worse , I finally got the keys to a dirty place , ok I let it slide and cleaned up . They came for inspection I pointed out all my concerns. This is 2 ****** YEARS AGO ! TILL NOW NO MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN DONE.

Yet trust them to send you incorrect accounts, you will speak to a million clueless people in that office . Some will be as rude as hell. I've been in numerous meetings with them . Yet now I was told I have 3 days to vacate, mind you we paid rental.....not forgetting how they will randomly switch off electricity claiming you haven't paid rental ,yet their statements are wrong .

All theh will do is say they will check, only to add ridiculous amounts for charges relating to calls ,emails and penalties. Not noting how many emails you send and calls .

What's worse today they switched off the electricity, initially I thought it's loadshedding, only to find it not . I asked for my statement, the shock in realizing they have been noting the amounts I've been paying wrongly for January 😭😭😭😭😭😭 worse in March they intentionally didn't include the R2400 we paid over In advance to ensure our account isn't arrears. Im sick and tired of this agency. Im definitely reporting them to housing settlements and my attorney.

The roof leaks, my laptop got damaged because of that last year. They didn't even compensate me. Yet still they treat us like **** , no maintenance, wrong accounts and a slap in the face by *******ly switching off electricity . I'm damn sick and tired .

DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR NEVER USE NATIONAL REAL ESTATE, ESPECIALLY IN BLOEMFONTEIN.
