National disgrace

I would really like to know what hold NRE has over what it seems the whole Free State?? i moved in our apartment last year to a door that has no windows, reported this on numerous platforms in numerous manners and in the dead of a cold front still no windows!

is there somebody that can help and or advise me as to what i can do? i have given over to legalwise and them too cant get anything out of this company who wants to be paid every month but does absolutely nothing about my complaints. part of the complaint against them was a remote gate that's sensor does not work,. 2 Fridays ago i was almost hijacked and needed to use my car to block the gate and now sit with almost R2000 damage...

what is it going to take to get the balcony secured after we found shady characters on it called the police and reported this to NRE? i cant get out of my contract there either but myself my sister 17 and daughter 4 lives are at risk here and these people just don't care!!!!
