lies lies and more lies!

In mid september 2014 I rented a flat at glenbarry 102 in short street. Everything went well although the rent was high as well as the water and we barely used water to make a long story short in october we complaint for the first time by the caretaker of the flats mrs francis lubbe everytime she would bring the tenants to our flat and when we open the door she would just walk in and she would tell us we must sort the problem ourselves its not her job and the ppl we complained about would sometimes be drunk which was a danger to my wife and child and it happened time and again. We complained at national real estate and there reply would be that they feel sorry for mrs lubbe so I went looking for a new flat and because of the danger to my family I gave them written notice of which I have proof and two weeks later november of 2014 I moved out. I was on my way to give the key to national when I was stopped by mrs lubbe she said that everyone that moves must give the keys to her which I did. Later I'm told by national that I owe them money because I moved in march 2015 which is a blatant lie as told by mrs lubbe to national don't trust national or there illiterate employees aka lubbe
