Financial Harassment of My Father !!!

My father keeps receiving monthly invoices from national real estate for alleged legal fees stemming from a Small Claims Court case.

The case was between my father and the mitreton body corporate.

Once the abovementioned case was over, national real estate added tens of thousands of Rands to my father's account, and are claiming that this amount is due to the mitreton body corporate for legal fees that they incurred; however, the Small Claims Court made no order for costs once the case ended, because the Small Claims Court does not award costs for legal services...If You used legal services in preparation for the Small Claims Court case then You are responsible for the costs involved.

national real estate and the mitreton body corporate have no right to claim this ridiculous amount of money from my father.

The mitreton body corporate is responsible for its own legal expenses and national real estate must remove that amount from my father's account, immediately.

My father is a senior citizen and having these demands for alleged legal costs being given to him on a monthly basis for the past 3 years, with hundreds of Rands in interest on a 'tax invoice' is making his life extremely uncomfortable...You cannot add an amount of money to a tax invoice if you have no legal right to claim.

I have contacted national real estate on many occasions, in order to get an explanation about how they can even fathom trying to claim this amount from my father, but I keep getting transferred from one employee to another, with no definitive answer.

I have also sent emails, but no response.
