Extreme attitude

After being referred to Chantelle by numerous people at National Real Estate, as my Cell2Gate wasn't working, was looked over and ignored and not even acknowledging our presence. My husband eventually had to ask her if she will help us and she answered her phone ignoring his request and carrying on as if we were not there. This is NOT the first time I have been treated like this at National Real Estate. And when she eventually acknowledged our presence told us that she doesn't do cell2gate. Was her attitude really necessary. It doesn't take much to acknowledge a client and say I'll be with you in a moment.
