Dubious business practises but I expected this from national real estate. I moved out Nearchoas mansions 26 March 2020 but officially handed my keys over to the care taker on the 09 May 2020 because of lockdown and i was at another province , they had the inspection without me on the 11 of May 2020 no one called me to arrange a time. I called the on the 12 of May 2020 requesting the inspection report the man i spoke too , advised he would send it but didn't, I called again on the 15 May 2020 spoke to a lady this time who also advised they would send it. To which they didn't , made another call today to my surprise i received my inspection report stating i can't object to anything after five days of the inspection being conducted. Now my report has some things i want to question and object but i cannot as five days has passed. How can this be as i requested the report but it was never sent and i think this was done deliberately to avoid me questioning and objecting to their findings . I am disappointed and angry to say the least as i'm sure there one goal is to pay as little money to my deposit. I would not recommend anyone to use NATIONAL REAL ESTATE EVER!!!!!

Tenant gave notice for end of March but was also held responsible for April. The last of the furniture and curtains was removed 8/5/2020, after which keys were handed over to caretaker.Caretaker contacted numerous times to hear when they finally evacuated. No pro-rata rent was raised until 9/5/2020. The tenant is only responsible for a General Cleaning. The report was sent to the tenant. Your response only proves you are ***** and adding information that not relevant. I gave my notice on the 06 Feb 2020 . I moved out before as stated and yes last of my belongings were taken on the 08 May 2020 because of the lock down . So why would pro rata rent be even charged ????. As I have indicated no one contacted me about the inspection and that's my main problem ! As I have stated the report was sent to me after date to object to anything on it had passed. I hope I wont have to fight for my deposit as it is due in 2 weeks time. image.png 295.93 KB
