Dishonest about deposit refund

I regret ever having a contract with NRE. They are giving me a run around for my deposit refund. It's been 10 weeks since they asked the whole tenants at Bonaria to leave and I haven't received my deposit back. The funny thing is that they are the one that told us to vacate not the other way round. Now they keep postponing they are not honest at all. Do you guys think that I should get Scopion Legal involved?
