They are the most unprofessional company I came to work now the last 2years. always awaiting the owners approval on all repairs. if you pay 1 day later than they are used to there is interest added. if a deposit is supposed to paid out they take almost over 4 months and then they deduct almost everything from what they say is in the contract and overcharge on everything, they cannot supply you with details on the move in the first time, but on exit they can provide all the photos. they are a bunch of ******* that should not be allowed to do rentals to people. as they do not give a rats ass about anything.
