DAY LIGHT *******

I moved into one of their safest flats in the cbd. i was told water and electricity is separate from the rent. only to find out 2 months down the line, i am paying R600 for electricity for April. i stay alone, have no tv, have no heater but i am paying that amount. i went to enquire why my electricity bill was so high and they said all the tenants on one floor share electricity. meaning if we are seven on one floor, the electricity bill is divided amongst us, which i find ridiculous because some people live two in a flat and consume high amount of electricity whereas i live alone and consume a one person amount of electricity. National Real Estate Agency is day light *******. i wouldnt recommend that agency to anyone i know. and the bill rises every month
