Agency filled with ******

THIS IS THE WORST AGENCY😡😡. These people will add charges on your bill and do not explain what the charges are about. My bills are always up-to-date now all of a sudden I owe R1200 that they do not want to explain where it comes from. They will threaten you over non-existent money by telling you they will switch off electricity which by law is not allowed. My taps are leaking and I reported it, till today nothing has been done. In Bloemfontein, they have the rudest and most *********** staff I have ever ver came across. All they do is want to ***** tenants money through threats!!! At this point I do not know if I should take this to court or what. They think we DO NOT HAVE RIGHTS AS TENANTS 😡😡😡😡😡😡
