87 years in business, Really... Terrible service etc

Responsiveness, Value If there were any more things I don't like about this company, I would have picked them!!! They didn't get back to me once, I had to keep calling them to find out how far they are with things that should have been settled in the first week or two. It has now been six weeks already and nothing from them. I paid my rent for a couple of months ahead, including electricity and they never 'loaded' the payments, that is incompetence . They had my electricity switched off, because 'they' didn't load payments and never sent me a bill either, I went with this company because they have been around for ages and I thought they could be trusted and that their systems will be in place, but NOPE, none so far. National real estate is most definitely not the company i thought they would be, with so many years experience... I expected them to know what they're doing, don't advertise one thing and not deliver on it.
