National Private FET College, Northam is a ****!

This school is a ****!!! In my 35 years of living I have never heard of a school that will require at least R1500 to obtain your own certificate, after paying all the fees. I owe National Private FET College R0 in school fees, and all the other fees they had been constantly requiring during my studying with them are paid up, yet when I went to take my certificate they required R1500, telling me that it’s just for studying with them. Now please tell me if that makes sense? If you value peace STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL there’s a lot I can tell you about them.
