Bad workmanship

NLW National Log Cabin built a 6x 5 Wendy house for me in 2015 the structure is only x4 years old.

The floor has collapsed. I had other construction companies to come evaluate the problem.

I am 100% certain that the floor defect was a direct result of poor workmanship and the wrong size nails. We have regularly treated the Wendy house with Waksol at least x2 a year.

Regrettably the manufacturer of the product refuses to rectify the defect based a technicality issue with a warranty.

Clearly they do care about their name and reputation as a reliable trustworthy service provider.

I have an older Wendy house on my property which I found on the property when I bought it 13 years ago and it is still standing Strong. Clearly it was not built by NLW.

I am so sick of SA companies who are eager to sell you their products and services but who have little or zero after sales service, and who deliver substandard quality of workmanship.
