Worst rental company service ever.

Since we started dealing with this company, there has been nothing but disappointment. They so-called pride themselves with great service, and what a joke. We rented a place through them. The place was never cleaned before we moved in. Promises were made to have a few things fixed when we moved in, eg mould in bedroom cupboards, and until this day nothing has happened. When something went wrong we had to sort it ourselves and sort out the issue after being passed around to many employees of national letting and sending emails. They never get back to you. They are even so arrogant as to put the phone down in your ear should you query an issue or ask for your deposit back. So we finally moved, now it is an issue getting the deposit back. Finally, we get payed the deposit today, just to see its 30% of what should have been paid back. This is by far the worst rental company that I have ever had to deal with and will never be using them again and urge all others to do the same.
