WORST LETTING AGENCY IN THE WORLD !!!

I wish to place on record the atrocious set of circumstances surrounding the non-delivery of service by National Letting on the West Rand as well as the inexcusable behaviour by a representative of National Letting, Raymon Van Der Walt.<br> NO Response on email or requests! Rude unhelpful staff and no direct contact person.<br> A synopsis of the unconscionable conduct by National Letting is that despite paying a double deposit as well as a pro-rata amount for rent, my we were unable to take occupation of the said property due to the fact that the property is inhabitable and unsafe. This despite promises and commitments made by your representative, Raymon Van Der Walt. This despite insistence by National Letting that occupation be taken before the requested date of 1 December 2015.<br> We are now working with another agency on request of the owner .They still have our money ( /- R41000) and want us to write emails stating that we won't hold them liable for any dissatisfaction before they refund our money - they are also deducting \Commission".So before I have to write this email I would like to report them.<br> I strongly advise that you DONT EVER use National Letting as an agency !! they are usel"""
